SouthPointe's focus since our beginning is to serve the community. We continue to recognize new ways of reaching out to others and sharing our faith journey. Current service projects include:

Matt Talbot meal service. A meal is prepared and served throughout the year. Requests for food donations and assistance in serving the meal is shared with our congregation. See the website calendar for the next service date.

Friendship Home. In order to provide care to children and women in abusive situations, SouthPointe Christian Church maintains an ongoing relationship with Friendship Home. We have provided coats, mittens, birthday boxes, Christmas presents and other needs to this mission.

Food Bank of Lincoln. Each year our congregation participates in a food drive - our "food around the block" program to raise awareness about hunger in Lincoln. All items donated go to the Food Bank of Lincoln.
